Prior to arrival please let us know your flight details for complimentary pick up service as our depot is located off site.
On arrival at either domestic or international terminals please call the following number +61 1300 458 584 pressing option 2 for Shuttle Bus or Uber pick up. The team will arrange for you a shuttle bus or pre-paid UBER which will meet you at the free Public pick-up zone - a link to automatically confirm this will be sent to your mobile number. From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport.
Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.

PROCEED TO SHUTTLE BAY FROM TERMINAL
FROM T1 - Exit the international terminal to the right and follow signs to (All Buses). Proceed to the shuttle pick up area, bays 12 - 21, which is across the road from the Rydges Hotel.
FROM T2 - (Jetstar/Virgin/Rex) exit T2 building to the left and proceed past the buses sign and cross the pedestrian crossing. Follow the sign to the Shuttles T2 and our shuttle service will arrive in bays 4 - 7.
FROM T3 - (Qantas) exit exit T3 building to the right and proceed across the pedestrian crossing to shuttle bays 4 - 7.

If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours.
There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party.
Domestic Terminal
For customers flying in with VIRGIN, JETSTAR & Regionals (Terminal T2):
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the terminal (T2) and immediately turn left.
Walk to the end of the road and look for a grey staircase and blue sign (which says Qantas 300m).
Please wait in that area (T2 shuttle area) and look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the driver know that you are going to Alpha.
Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
For customers flying in with QANTAS Domestic (Terminal T3):
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the terminal (T3) and turn right.
Walk along the path and cross over two small pedestrian crossings and wait in the T2 shuttle area.
Please look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.

International Airport Terminal

Outside business hours pick-up and drop-off is available at this location and is facilitated by Alpha Car Hire Parking Partners. This is subject to pre-approval and is between the hours of 4:30am – 8:00am and 5:00pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday and 4:30am – 8:00am and 3:00pm – 10:30pm Saturday & Sunday. For pick-up, the after-hours service is only applicable if the express check-in has been completed successfully by the customer. The branch will also collect payments and security bonds during this time.

T2 Terminal: After collecting your luggage, exit the terminal on the right, go beyond the bus signage, and cross at the pedestrian lights. You'll find the shuttle at the "Priority Pickup Area," clearly marked in green.
T3 Terminal (Qantas): Exit the terminal, turn left, and cross at the pedestrian crossing to find the shuttle at the "Priority Pickup Area."

Free Shuttle Bus. Once you collect your luggage and are ready to go, please call (02) 8355 1933, so we can send the Shuttle Bus on its way to pick you up.
If your flight is delayed please notify us as soon as possible so we can assist with a following day collection if outside of our working hours.
There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party.
Domestic Terminal
For customers flying in with VIRGIN, JETSTAR & Regionals (Terminal T2):
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the terminal (T2) and immediately turn left.
Walk to the end of the road and look for a grey staircase and blue sign (which says Qantas 300m).
Please wait in that area (T2 shuttle area) and look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the driver know that you are going to Alpha.
Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
For customers flying in with QANTAS Domestic (Terminal T3):
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the terminal (T3) and turn right.
Walk along the path and cross over two small pedestrian crossings and wait in the T2 shuttle area.
Please look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.
Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
International Airport Terminal
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the arrival hall of the terminal and turn right.
Follow the signs to the Shuttle Bus/Mini Bus area. Please wait at BAY no. 22.

Outside business hours pick-up and drop-off is available at this location and is facilitated by Alpha Car Hire Parking Partners. This is subject to pre-approval and is between the hours of 4:30am – 8:00am and 5:00pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday and 4:30am – 8:00am and 3:00pm – 10:30pm Saturday & Sunday. For pick-up, the after-hours service is only applicable if the express check-in has been completed successfully by the customer. The branch will also collect payments and security bonds during this time.

From there the transport will take you back to the office which is 5 mins from the airport.
Once here you will then do your paperwork, check over your vehicle and be on your way. This should all take a maximum of 30 minutes from collecting your bags to getting to the location until you depart. The return journey will effectively reverse this process.

There are no available baby seats in the shuttle bus. Children under 6 months are unable to travel on our shuttles, if this affects you, please contact our branch who will assist in collecting your driver to return to the rest of your party.
Domestic Terminal
For customers flying in with VIRGIN, JETSTAR & Regionals (Terminal T2):
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the terminal (T2) and immediately turn left.
Walk to the end of the road and look for a grey staircase and blue sign (which says Qantas 300m).
Please wait in that area (T2 shuttle area) and look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the driver know that you are going to Alpha.
Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
For customers flying in with QANTAS Domestic (Terminal T3):
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the terminal (T3) and turn right.
Walk along the path and cross over two small pedestrian crossings and wait in the T2 shuttle area.
Please look for the blue Park on King shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.
Please be aware in peak times a wait of up to 25 minutes may be expected.
International Airport Terminal
Please contact our office once you have collected your luggage on (02) 8355 1933.
Exit the arrival hall of the terminal and turn right.
Follow the signs to the Shuttle Bus/Mini Bus area. Please wait at BAY no. 22.
Please look for the blue Park on King Shuttle and let the Driver know that you are going to Alpha.

Outside business hours pick-up and drop-off is available at this location and is facilitated by Alpha Car Hire Parking Partners. This is subject to pre-approval and is between the hours of 4:30am – 8:00am and 5:00pm – 10:30pm Monday to Friday and 4:30am – 8:00am and 3:00pm – 10:30pm Saturday & Sunday. For pick-up, the after-hours service is only applicable if the express check-in has been completed successfully by the customer. The branch will also collect payments and security bonds during this time.
