How do I cancel my booking?

You can cancel your booking instantly through the "My Booking" section on our website
Logging in and clicking "Cancel Booking" is the absolute fastest way to process your request and check your refund eligibility!

Step-by-Step Guide:

1Access Your Booking

Head over to the "My Booking" or "Manage Booking" section on our website or app.

2Log In

Enter your booking number (like D123456789) and email address, or just log in with your account details.

3Request Cancellation

Find and click the "Cancel My Booking" button, usually located at the bottom of the page or in the options menu.

4Select Refund Method

If your trip is eligible for a refund, you can choose between Booking Credit (available instantly for your next trip) or a Cash Refund back to your original payment card (which usually takes 5 to 10 business days).

5Confirm

Finalize your request, and we'll send a cancellation confirmation to your email right away!

Expectation:

"I can cancel anytime before pick-up and get all my money back."

Reality:

To get a full refund, we just need you to cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. If you cancel closer to your trip, the rental prepayment goes to the supplier to cover the cost of keeping the car off the market for you. The good news is that if you added Full Coverage, we can still fully refund that specific portion right up until your pick-up time.

Expectation:

"My flight was cancelled, so it's not my fault. I will get a full refund."

Reality:

We completely understand that unexpected travel disruptions happen. While standard policies usually require 48 hours' notice for a full refund, our support team is always happy to reach out to the supplier on your behalf to advocate for you.

Expectation:

"I should just email support to cancel."

Reality:

While we always love hearing from you, emailing can take a little longer. Using the "My Booking" page handles everything instantly and gives you immediate peace of mind with a confirmation screen.

If you choose Booking Credit instead of a cash refund, the funds are added to your account instantly. They stay valid for a full 3 years, making it easy to rebook whenever you're ready for your next adventure!

If you are within that 48-hour window, cancelling online as soon as possible helps ensure we can at least refund your Full Coverage if you added it to your booking.
