Will I get a refund after I cancel my booking?
If your plans change, we’re happy to offer a full refund when you cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time.

Take a quick look at the pick-up time listed on your voucher to see where you stand.
Click "Cancel My Booking." Our system will clearly show your refund options before you finalize anything.
Booking Credit: We’ll instantly add the funds to your profile for your next trip, and they stay valid for 3 full years.
Cash Refund: We’ll send the money right back to your original payment card, which usually takes about 5 to 10 business days.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before pick-up, the rental prepayment goes to the supplier to cover the cost of keeping the car off the market for you. The good news is that if you purchased Full Coverage, we can still fully refund that specific portion right up until your pick-up time.
"If I don't pick up the car, my booking is automatically canceled and refunded."
To process a refund, we need you to cancel online before your scheduled pick-up time begins.
If that time passes, the reservation is marked as complete, and the prepayment goes toward covering the cost of having held the vehicle specifically for you.
