Can I give my Booking Credit to someone else?

While Booking Credit is strictly linked to your email address, you can still use it to book a rental for a friend or family member by making the reservation yourself.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1Select the Vehicle

Go to our website and choose the car you want to book for them.

2Enter the Actual Driver's Details

In the "Main Driver" section, enter the full name and information of the person who will pick up the car. This ensures the rental contract is in their name.

3Use Your Email Address

In the contact details section, use your registered email (the one linked to your credit).
Our system will automatically apply your Booking Credit to the prepayment at checkout.

4Share the Voucher

Once confirmed, the voucher will be sent to your email. Forward it to the driver so they can present it at the rental desk.

Expectation:

"I can just transfer the credit balance to my friend's account."

Reality:

We cannot transfer the funds between accounts. The credit stays in your account, but you can "spend" it on anyone by being the one who makes the booking.

Expectation:

"I can give them my credit code to use."

Reality:

There are no codes. The credit is tied strictly to the email address used during the booking process.

💡 Did You Know?

This method lets you use your credit to help multiple people, as long as you make the reservation using your registered email.

What to do next:

Gather the driver's license information and birth date, then start a new search using your registered email address to book the car on their behalf.
