Outside Door 7/8, at the Jetstar end of the terminal, you will find the rental shuttle pick-up/Drop-off area, which is where the shuttle is. Leaving the terminal via Door 8, the collection area is a short walk past the Novotel Hotel to the Rental car Pick-up Zone. You will find the rental shuttle pick-up/Drop-off area, which is where the shuttle is.

Airport Arrival Once you have collected your luggage, Please call us on 09 257 0992 . Our courtesy shuttle will pick you up from the Airport. Please look out for a marked Park and Fly shuttle bus. Exit the main terminal and make your way to the Transport Pickup Zone where the shuttle marked 'Park N Fly' will collect you.  The covered walkway begins directly opposite the international arrivals area with clear signage to guide you to the transport pick-up zone.  The walk is approximately 5-10 minutes.  Domestic Terminal – Jetstar Door 8 you will see shuttle area
