For the Domestic terminal, wait outside Door 7 in front of Jetstar Departure. For the International terminal, after the customs security check, exit through Door 8, walk across the pedestrian crossing, and follow the sign for “Off-site Shuttle Transfers” to the shuttle waiting zone; this walk takes about 5-7 minutes. The shuttle will take about 15-20 minutes to reach the Yes Rentals depot. For off-hours pick-up (6:01 PM – 7:59 AM): If collecting the vehicle outside business hours, contact +64 274 144 712 at least two working days in advance to arrange for pick-up. Ensure sufficient funds are available on the provided credit card for the rental amount, which will be charged the working day before the rental. All off-hours pickups must be prearranged.
