A Tangerine representative is in the arrivals hall at the meeting point near the Vodafone Shop and the Ice cream shop Olá and joins all customers at the shuttle stop in front of airport arrivals.Our representative is always at the meeting point from 08h00 until 20h30, or later when bookings are scheduled in the evening. All late bookings with flight information are monitored in order for us to be able to provide the complete service for upcoming customers. Free shuttle service to the rental office will be provided with an approximately 10-minute journey.

Should then go outside (Exit 4, second sidewalk) or, inside, go nearby the Meeting Point (close to Vodafone, a telecom shop, and Exit 4) case in that place client sees a DRIVALIA assistant (depends on the time of the year and/or time of the day). In both cases customer should wait for the shuttle to go to the auto facilities. In the meanwhile client can already check-in for the car: https://www.drivalia.pt/en/check-in-online – for faster processing at the desk (rental agreement). If you are near the Klass Wagen office you can go directly at the office.
