Step-by-Step guide:
Roadtrip Protection (Mobility Protection) is an optional product provided by Sincera Insurance and can only be added during your initial booking on DiscoverCars.com.
If your plans change, you can submit a cancellation request through your My Booking page or via our Help Centre.
Your eligibility for a refund depends on when you submit your request:
- Before Scheduled Pick-up:
If you cancel at any time before your scheduled pick-up — even on the same day — you will receive a full refund. - After Scheduled Pick-up:
Once the scheduled pick-up time has passed, the policy becomes non-refundable, regardless of whether you collect the car or not.
"I can get a partial refund if I don’t use the car for the full rental period."
Once the scheduled pick-up time has passed, Roadtrip Protection (Mobility Protection) is non-refundable.
"If I try to cancel, I’ll be offered a discount to keep the policy."
There are currently no retention or discount offers available if you choose to cancel.
