Once your RentalCover claim is officially approved, you'll receive an email with a secure link to a payment form. You can use this form to easily enter your bank details so RentalCover can transfer your reimbursement right to you!
Step-by-Step Guide:
RentalCover will send you a quick email as soon as your claim is fully assessed and approved.
Right after the approval, you'll get a specific email with a secure link to their payment portal.
Just click the secure link and enter the exact bank account details where you'd like the money sent.
Once you submit your details, RentalCover's system initiates the payment right away. Depending on your bank and country, it usually takes just a few business days for the funds to fully settle and appear in your account.
"I gave you my credit card when I booked the car, so RentalCover will automatically put the money back on that card."
To keep your information totally secure, RentalCover uses a separate system from your DiscoverCars.com booking. They'll simply need you to enter your preferred bank details directly into the secure payment link they send you.
