What is Full Coverage Subscription, and how does it work?

Rent cars frequently? Full Coverage Subscription is an annual plan that gives you Full Coverage protection across eligible rentals during your subscription period.
Instead of purchasing Full Coverage separately for each rental, you pay once for the annual subscription and can use the coverage on multiple rentals throughout the subscription year.
The subscription provides the same protection, coverage, and exclusions as standard Full Coverage, with higher annual limits and no restrictions on rental duration, destination, vehicle class or value.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1What does Full Coverage Subscription cover?

The subscription provides the same Full Coverage protection as standard Full Coverage, including:

  • Deductible/Excess – Accident or Vandalism
The maximum amount you are liable for under the car's basic insurance for damages caused by an accident or vandalism.
  • Deductible/Excess – Theft
The maximum amount you are liable for theft of the entire rental car (excluding theft of individual vehicle parts).
  • Exterior Parts
Tyres, wheels, windows, mirrors, hubcaps, and lights.
  • Structural Damage
    Bodywork, roof, and the undercarriage.
  • Vandalism-Related Damage
Covers intentional damage caused by third parties.
  • Hit-and-Run Damage
Damages caused by an unidentified third party (excluding traffic violation cases).
  • Assistance Costs
Towing expenses and roadside assistance fees related to the incident. (excluding wrong parking situations)
  • Lost Keys & Lockout
    Replacement keys and locksmith fees.
  • Taxi Expenses
Transportation directly from the accident location to the rental location.
  • Misfuelling
Costs for draining and repairing the fuel tank if the wrong fuel is used.
  • Administrative Fees for Damage
Fees charged by the supplier to process damage claims (administration fees due to traffic fines are excluded).
  • Loss of Use / Immobilisation Fee
Charges for the time the car is off the road while repairs are being completed.
2What are the coverage limits?

The Full Coverage Subscription has:

€5,000 maximum payout per booking

€15,000 maximum total payout during the subscription year

3What makes the annual plan different?

The Full Coverage Subscription is designed for customers who rent cars frequently.
It has no restrictions based on:

  • Driver age
  • Rental duration
  • Destination or geography
  • Vehicle class or value
  • Number of claims during the subscription period

The subscription is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
The subscription holder must be the main driver on the rental booking.

4How do I use my subscription for a rental?

When purchasing the subscription, it is linked to the customer's details.
For future rentals, use the same name, email address, and date of birth used when purchasing the subscription.
The system will recognize the subscription and automatically apply the Full Coverage price deduction, so you will not be charged for Full Coverage again.
When making a booking, simply proceed through the booking process without purchasing Full Coverage separately.
An existing booking made before purchasing the subscription can also be covered, provided its pick-up date falls within the subscription period.

5What is not covered?

Full Coverage Subscription has the same exclusions as standard Full Coverage. It does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from failure to comply with the rental agreement or from gross negligence
  • Personal belongings
  • Third-party damages
  • Cleaning costs or damage to the vehicle's interior
6What happens with the security deposit?

The rental company may still require a standard security deposit at vehicle pick-up.

Full Coverage does not replace the rental company's deposit requirement. If you are charged for covered damage or fees, the eligible amount will be reimbursed after your claim is approved.

The rental company may also offer its own additional coverage at the desk. Since you already have Full Coverage, you can normally decline additional coverage and leave the required security deposit.
