Why I haven’t received confirmation?
Don’t worry! While most bookings are confirmed instantly, some offers require a quick manual confirmation from the rental supplier, which can take a little time.
Step-by-Step Guide:
The confirmation email loves to hide in the "Junk" or "Spam" folder. Take a quick look there first.
If you lost the confirmation email, you can check your reservation status anytime in the “My Booking” section on our website using your email address and booking number. If the status shows “Confirmed,” your voucher will be available to download right away.
If the status shows “Awaiting Confirmation” or “Pending,” it means we are waiting for the local supplier to confirm the vehicle availability. This typically takes 24 to 48 hours, and our team is already following up with them.
Important Payment Note:
During this period, the payment is typically processed as a "Pre-authorisation" or "Hold". It’s best to wait before making another booking while your reservation is still pending.
If the supplier cannot confirm the car, the hold is automatically released as a voided transaction.
Trouble Accessing Your Booking?
If you cannot log in and haven’t received an email, there may be a small typo in the email address used during booking. Simply contact our support team with your name and pick-up date, and we’ll help locate and update the reservation.

We offer two types of bookings: “Instant Confirmation” (confirmed immediately) and “On Request” (requires supplier approval).
When searching for cars, you can use the “Instant Confirmation” filter if you prefer reservations that are confirmed right away.
