What is a voucher and where can I find it?
Your voucher is the official confirmation document that secures your booking—think of it as your “golden ticket” to pick up the car. A voucher is different from an invoice. The voucher includes your pick-up instructions and key booking details for the rental desk, while an invoice serves as a payment receipt, typically used for accounting or expense reporting.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Vouchers are generated once a booking is fully confirmed.
If your booking status shows “Awaiting confirmation from supplier,” the supplier is still reviewing the reservation.
This usually takes 24–48 hours, and the voucher will be sent as soon as it’s ready.
After confirmation, the voucher is automatically sent to your email inbox.
It’s always a good idea to check the Spam/Junk folder as well, just in case it landed there.
You can view and download your voucher anytime by logging into the “My Booking” section on our website or app. You’ll also find a separate option to download your invoice there if you need a payment receipt.
Most suppliers accept electronic vouchers shown on your smartphone. Some suppliers may still require a printed paper copy, so check the “Rental Conditions” on your voucher to see what your supplier requests.
What’s on the Voucher?
Your voucher includes all the key details for your rental:
- Supplier name and location
- Pick-up instructions
- Vehicle type or category
- A breakdown of any amount payable at the desk
💡Did you know?
Your voucher is more than a confirmation document—it also includes the rental supplier’s direct phone number and clear instructions on where to find their counter or shuttle service. Reviewing these details before your trip helps you locate the pickup point quickly and start your rental smoothly.
