How can I check the status of my booking?
You can see the live status of your reservation anytime by visiting the “My Booking” section on our website or app.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Go to "My Booking" and enter your booking number (e.g., D012345678) and email address.
Look for the status label next to your booking details:
- Confirmed: You are all set! Your voucher is available to download.
- Awaiting confirmation from supplier: We are currently waiting for the local supplier to provide the final confirmation. This process usually takes 24–48 hours. While the booking is pending, it’s best to wait before arranging non-refundable travel extras such as hotels or flights until your car is fully confirmed.
- Awaiting Customer's Acceptance: We found you a great alternative car, and you just need to click “Accept” to secure it.
We send a confirmation email whenever the booking status changes.
It can also help to check your Spam/Junk folder, just in case the message was filtered there.

Car rentals sometimes require a quick confirmation from the local branch to ensure the vehicle is available for you. If you prefer bookings that are confirmed immediately, you can filter search results for “Instant Confirmation” cars, which allows you to skip the 24–48 hour "On Request" wait time.
Lost your booking number or made a typo in your email?
No problem. You can still locate your reservation using the “Forgot Booking Number” tool on the login page.
You can look up your booking using your Date of Birth + last four digits of your credit card + your name, so you can access the reservation without relying on email.
