How do I request an invoice?
When you rent a car with us, you'll usually receive two separate invoices: one from DiscoverCars.com for your online prepayment (and Full Coverage, if you added it), and a second one directly from the rental supplier for any remaining balance or extras you pay at the desk.
Step-by-Step Guide:
Go Online: Log in to the "My Booking" or "Manage Booking" section on our website.
Download: Look for the "Receipt" or "Invoice" button to download your PDF instantly.
Need Corporate VAT Details? If you need a formal tax invoice with your company name, address, and VAT number, simply message our support team with those three details. We’ll update the document and send it right over to you.
Ask at Drop-off: The easiest way to get this is to ask the rental staff for your final tax invoice when you return the keys.
Contact Them Directly: If you forgot to ask, just reach out directly to the rental supplier. You'll find their phone number and email on your Voucher and Rental Agreement. For privacy reasons, suppliers share these documents directly with you rather than sending them to us.

Since we’re the booking platform, we only provide an invoice for the money you paid online. The rental supplier is a separate company, so they issue their own invoice for the funds they collect locally (like your pay-on-arrival balance, local taxes, or equipment fees).

We issue all our invoices digitally in PDF format. If you need a specific company address on the supplier's invoice, it’s a great idea to request this at the rental desk before they close your contract. This makes things much smoother and saves you from having to ask them for updates later on!
