If no Hertz staff are available at the counter when you arrive, please use the Self-Service Kiosk located in the middle of the main parking area, just outside the terminal. To collect your vehicle, you will need the credit card used for the reservation, your driving licence, and, if your licence was issued outside Sweden, your passport or national ID card. The credit card must be in the main driver's name and be equipped with a chip and a 4-digit PIN. The driving licence must be in the Roman alphabet; no other form of identification will be accepted. You will also need your reservation number at the time of pick-up. A security deposit will be pre-authorised on your credit card, so please ensure sufficient available credit to cover all rental charges.
