Exit the baggage claim area on your left Leave the airport at the third door that says saída exit” on your right (next to the “Costa Café”. Take as reference the "Travellers Restaurant" on your right and side, walk straight until you reach the temporary stop area Kiss & Fly. Where you will find the "OK Mobility" Shuttle bus, that will take you to the pick-up point of your car, our “Ok Mobility” Shuttle bus will pass every 10 minutes.

Prepare your rental: We recommend downloading the Free2Move application on your smartphone ahead of your rental journey. Find your reservation in the “Booking” tab on your mobile application. Upload all your documents - Driving Licence, ID & your payment card details (PO for Key Accounts) to the application to insure a smooth and hygienic experience. Upon arrival at our offices, (or for UK Key Accounts, at the requested delivery address) please make your way to our rental desk so the rental agent can validate your uploaded documents. After baggage reclaim, call the supplier and press 3. Then go to the meeting point near Exit 4 (door next to the Vodafone shop) and wait on the second sidewalk. A shuttle will take you to the rental office.
