Customers can arrive at either Terminal 2 or Terminal 3. Customers have to follow the indications to the luggage reclaim belts and once they have arrived to the floor where the belts are located, they should go down to the floor -1 (without leaving the building) by using the lifts or the escalator.
They will have to go to the rent a car area and they will find our office there.
The "Express collection service" allows the formalization of the contract and collection of the vehicle directly in the parking area of the airport, without going through the open office in the terminal, by paying an extra charge.

Once you have collected your luggage, come out of the main exit of the terminal building (direction Train station). Cross the road using the zebra crossing and continue 100mts until the Train station Renfe Aeropuerto, just behind here you will find the courtesy shuttle bus area where you can wait for the yellow Centauro Rent a Car shuttle which comes every 10-15 minutes.

Once you have collected your luggage, come out of the main exit of the terminal building (direction Train station). Cross the road using the zebra crossing and continue 100mts until the Train station Renfe Aeropuerto, just behind here you will find the courtesy shuttle bus area where you can wait for the yellow Centauro Rent a Car shuttle which comes every 10-15 minutes.
Minibus is available during the office opening hours. If your flight is due to arrive before closure, you will need to contact Centauro so that we can wait for you.

On arrival at the Airport Terminal, please proceed to the downstairs bottom floor -2 (minus 2) then make your way outside the building doors to the express parking zone on the right side opposite of the Tobacco Shop at car park where the shuttle bus properly identified with or name DRIVALIA will be stopping to collect and drop off the clients and will promptly take you to the premises. The shuttle service runs regularly throughout the day during the opening hours.

2. Continue straight, following the signs for "Cercanías" (train station) and cross another pedestrian crossing.
3. Just to the right, behind the wall of the Airport “Cercanías” Station, you will find a parking area marked with yellow lines.
4. Follow the yellow line area to the end. The shuttle will pick you up between the second-to-last and the last gray column, right by the second pedestrian crossing.

Continue trough the Rent a Cars Area until our OK MOBILITY store. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area.
From Terminal 4: After leaving the luggage claim area, you will find the departures central hall. Turn to the left and following “ Car Rental Signals” down to -1 floor level trough the escalators. Continue trough the Rent a Cars Area until our OK MOBILITY store. To pick up your vehicle, go by the door nearest to our branch, cross the street, and once inside the B building, turn to the right until you find our Parking Area.
