In this role, you will:

Own and grow a portfolio of affiliate partnerships that directly impact company growth
Work with travel bloggers and creators across global markets
Use AI tools to scale outreach, research, and performance optimization
Influence partner strategy through data, insights, and experimentation
Build long-term collaborations in a fast-moving, results-driven environment

🛠️ What you’ll do

Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners to ensure long-term collaboration and performance
Identify and research relevant travel blogs and potential partners on a daily basis
Reach out to and onboard selected partners into the DiscoverCars.com affiliate program
Leverage AI tools to improve outreach efficiency, workflows, and performance tracking
Analyze partner activity and prepare weekly reports with insights and improvement opportunities
Maintain accurate partner data and communication records in internal systems

🎯 What we’re looking for

3+ years of experience in partnership, outreach, affiliate marketing, or a similar client-facing role
Practical experience using AI tools (e.g., Codex, Claude, CHatGPT, Gemini) to improve workflows and communication
Very good English (professional working proficiency)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities with strong organizational skills
High attention to detail and strong sense of ownership
Experience with Ahrefs, Pitchbox, or similar outreach and SEO tools is a plus, but not required
German language skills are a plus, but not required
