What’s the longest rental period available?

While rules vary by location, many rental agreements are limited to about 28–30 days due to local insurance or regulatory requirements. The good news—you can still rent for longer with a simple workaround.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1The "Split Booking" Trick

If you need a car for longer than a month, simply make two separate bookings
For example, a 60-day trip would require two back-to-back 30-day reservations.

2Quick Stop at the Rental Office

We specialise in short-term daily rentals, not long-term leasing
For consecutive bookings, you will need to stop by the rental office between the two bookings so the supplier can inspect the vehicle, close the first contract, and have you sign the new one.
In many cases, you may continue with the same vehicle, although the supplier may also assign a different car depending on fleet availability.

3Don't Forget Your Coverage

If you choose to add Full Coverage, remember it applies per reservation
To stay protected for the entire trip, you would need to add it to each booking separately. One policy will not roll over to the next contract.

4Consecutive Contract Limits

While longer rentals are usually fine, be aware that in certain countries, there are also restrictions on the maximum number of consecutive rental contracts you can have with the same supplier.
If you’re planning to rent for several months, it’s a good idea to check the Rental Conditions or contact support first.

💡Did you know?

In some specific locations with certain suppliers, it is possible to rent for longer than 30 days on a single contract. If you find a car when searching for 45 days on our site, you are good to go!
