- Lead vulnerability management across cloud and on-premise environments, from identification and prioritization to remediation.
- Lead AI security initiatives by securing AI/LLM tools and integrations, establishing AI governance and usage policies, and leveraging AI to enhance threat detection, log analysis, and security automation.
- Strengthen network security through firewalls, VPNs, segmentation, and access controls.
- Maintain best practices for data protection, identity and access management, backup, and recovery.
- Support ICT risk management and regulatory compliance, including DORA (EU 2022/2554) readiness for insurance operations.
- Communicate security risks, requirements, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Continuously improve security processes, controls, and resilience while enabling teams to move quickly and safely.
Requirements:
- Experience with cybersecurity operations, security tooling, system monitoring, and incident response.
- Hands-on experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, vulnerability scanners, endpoint protection, and antivirus solutions.
- Strong understanding of network security, including firewalls, VPNs, network protocols, and access management.
- Experience with Windows administration, cloud platforms, and SaaS environments.
- Knowledge of data protection, identity and access management, backup, and recovery best practices.
- Interest or experience in AI security, including securing AI/LLM tools and applying AI to security operations.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Commitment to security, confidentiality, and continuous improvement.
What we offer:
- Salary € 4000 - 5200 (gross) based on skills and previous experience.
- Opportunity to shape security strategy, systems, and processes across two growing international companies.
- A culture that values initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- 8 hours of paid self-development time each month and access to professional training.
- An international and multicultural team representing 40+ nationalities.
- Paid health insurance after probation.
- Regular team events, company celebrations, and recognition of work anniversaries.
- Exclusive car rental rates for you, your family, and friends.
