Customer Service Associate | Italian & English language
We’re hiring a talented Customer Service Associate in the Customer Service Team who will provide support to Italian and English speaking customers.

- Answer customer questions with empathy.
- Help each customer find their ideal car.
- Deal with requests for booking and rental car pick-ups.
- Contribute ideas to improve our service and product.
- Be an amazing team player and support our team.
You’ll be a great fit if You are
- Fluent in English and Italian languages.
- Respectful and confident communicator.
- Passionate about providing the best experience possible.
- Superb in problem-solving and flexible to different customer profiles.
- Ready to join us for a full-time position on the morning (08:00–17:00) or afternoon (16:00–01:00) shift, including weekends.
- You need to have a valid work and residence permit in Latvia.
