Group Senior Legal Counsel
We looking for a proactive, business-minded, and solution-driven Group Senior Legal Counsel to take the lead on commercial, product, and technology-related legal matters across our businesses.
This role is for an experienced legal professional who takes ownership, drives legal projects to completion, and knows how to balance legal risk with business objectives.
If you thrive in a fast-paced international environment and enjoy working closely with commercial, product, and marketing teams, this is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the development of our products, partnerships, and business models.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements with partners, suppliers, and service providers across different markets.
- Work closely with Product and Marketing teams on new products, features, and business models, providing practical legal solutions from development to launch.
- Own and develop Terms & Conditions and other product legal documentation.
- Advise on consumer protection, e-commerce, marketing, and commercial regulations across the EU and international markets.
- Support legal matters related to technology, AI, intellectual property, and cybersecurity, including contractual and product-related requirements.
- Handle commercial legal risks and disputes and coordinate with external legal advisors when specialist or local advice is required.
- Monitor relevant regulatory developments and translate them into practical actions for Product and commercial teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in commercial, product, technology, or related legal work.
- Strong experience in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts.
- Good understanding of e-commerce, consumer protection, and digital products.
- Experience with IP, AI regulations, privacy or cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Latvian and EU law, with experience handling international and cross-border legal matters. Experience with Swiss law is an advantage.
- Strong legal writing and risk assessment skills.
- A proactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify how something can be done, not only why it cannot.
- Ability to take ownership, manage multiple projects, and align stakeholders across different teams.
- Ability to quickly switch between changing priorities and legal topics.
- Experience working on international and cross-functional legal projects.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluent in English and Latvian.
What we offer
- Salary: €3500–€5000 gross per month, based on your skills and previous experience.
- Opportunity to shape legal strategy, build effective legal processes, and influence business decisions across an international group of companies.
- A culture that values initiative, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- 8 hours of paid self-development time each month (after probation) and access to professional training.
- An international and multicultural team representing 48+ nationalities.
