Pros: The staff at Hertz were efficient and very polite.

Cons: I had booked a Rav4 Hybrid, or equivalent. I was provided with a Haval Jolien, and told no other option was available. There is no way this Haval is anywhere near equivalent to a Rav4 Hybrid. I was very disappointed with the car.

Pros: The drop off was easy

Cons: I booked an SUV but when I picked up the car, they only had sedans at a lower class, which was unacceptable. When I asked for a discount to be applied I was told changing the price would result in a higher overall fee. I will never use hertz again as a result. Very disappointed with the service at OR Thambo airport.
