Pros: Good service on pick up. Car upgraded but worst condition externally of any rental car I've ever hired. Worried about all the scratches on the car.
Cons: Just wasn't at ease on returning the car without speaking to someone. However all was well. Car was good to drive and a auto upgrade. First time driving a Hybrid car too. Had a great experience.
