Pros: Fast collection and paperwork
Cons: There was no joint inspection on collection of the car or at time of car return back. No joint inspection report was filed up???

Pros: The car was immaculate and very well presented. The rental office very easy to find.
Cons: I wasn’t given information about where exactly the car was. Also it wasn’t the car I had booked. Admittedly it was an upgrade but I had wanted a smaller car for a reason ie parking and fuel consumption. I realise it might be due to COVID but think a few could be smaller cars.
Pros: Service was excellent!! I am so impressed and will return here again. The staff were kind, efficient and helpful.
Cons: Probably my own fault - but I did not get the opportunity to inspect the car we left as it was dark and it was not pointed out to me there was any damage. The next day in the light of day we could see damage to the car and was worried it occurred where we parked at the hotel. Later I found that damage was accounted for previously. I also struggled to get the car into the correct parking on return in the dark, but the rental office was VERY understanding and helpful.
