Please call this number once you have collected your luggage and headed out to the pick-up/drop-off area. At the pick-up/drop-off area you will be able to see different stands in alphabetical order. Please kindly inform us of the stand you are at and we will drive around to where you are. We will head back to our office to finalise the paperwork and payment.
· T1 International Airport: Wait at Passenger Pick-up/ Drop-off area at Stand L.
· T1 Virgin Domestic: Wait at Passenger Pick-up/ Drop-off area at Stand A.
· T2 Alliance, Tigerair Domestic: Wait at Passenger Pick-up/ Drop-off area at Zone A
· T3/T4 Jetstar and Qantas Domestic: Wait at Passenger Pick-up/ Drop-off area at Zone C
· General Aviation (Network Aviation, Skipper Aviation, Cobham & Maroomba).
For After Hour Pick Up
As you will be arriving outside our normal business hours and our office is CLOSED.
· Therefore, your rental car will be parked at Skypark (Our Airport valet parking partner) for you to collect.
· Our office hours are 9am-5pm on Weekdays and 9am-1pm on Weekends
· After hour shuttle service will be operated by Skypark (Partnering with Yesaway Car Rental Perth and City Centre Car Rentals)
The online check-in link and pick-up instructions will be emailed to you separately.

Pros: Service was fine
Cons: that they would not release bond back to me on the same day. they did eventually bank transfer after I insisted. I honoured my agreement and the bond should be automatically released back to customer on safe return of the car. I was initially told it would be returned between 7 to 14 days. not acceptable. However they dis rectify after I persisted. The next customer may not be so lucky. if you can take the money out of my account immediately you can put it back immediately.
