Pros: When I arrived in SNA, the number listed to call for a shuttle was a foreign number and had been disconnected. I had to rent a car through AVIS which had a huge line and made me late for a very important appointment.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
