Pros: Good car which was in new-like condition; clean; drop-off service was nice and friendly.
Cons: The wait times for picking up the car was unacceptable. After waiting in line for 1.5 hours, we still had to wait for another 20 minutes as there was a waitlist for cars (we had booked the most basic option), even though we had come on time and by the time we finished queuing it was 1.5 hrs past the booking time.

Pros: Not much at all, would actively seek to not rent through them again
Cons: Multiple hidden and non-negotiable fees (Winter Tyre fee, airport tax, air conditioner surcharge recovery fee), constant up selling and didn’t have the car we ordered in stock. This meant we had to wait for another car to be located with the correct tyres to be cleaned and made ready for us. Thrifty we’re going to charge us for providing this new car (as it was an upgrade on the car we had ordered) but then decided to waive this fee and rightly so. Unlimited mileage, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 345.00), Third Party Liability (TPL), State Tax, Surcharges.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 20 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
