Pros: The people were very helpful and kind.

Pros: Overally good value for money, don’t expect cars to be new (330 k km and 260k km for both our cars), but the staff is helpful and they can organize the support quickly when needed. The pick up and drop off procedures were fairly quick and straightforward. The staff at the office was very nice and helpful - when we run into an issue with our current car, they promptly offered help through technical manager and organized the car replacement (with a bit of an upgrade for the new car).
Cons: The driver who dropped off the replacement car was extremely unpolite and condescending. A small detail to give a heads-up for other customers, the office can be a bit difficult to find (it’s a regular building and the office is on the 2nd floor).

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 200.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Personal Accident Insurance, Airport surcharge, Road tax, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
