Cons: The guy at beginning didn’t have car request needed washing so had to wait and just seemed rude and disinterested on pick up. Also had to wait while he helped someone else after me . If my car was ready he wouldn’t have to do this

Cons: Not proactive in helping me cancel my insurance with Discover Cars so that I could avoid the surprise $2000 holding fee. I needed to contact DC to do this and was very stressed about the whole situation. No sympathy or help offered.

Never again discover cars only due to the people at snap cars that helped me out to get another vehicle as discover cars is only a third party that has no idea on how to manage bookings

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1165.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Rate excludes
An administrative charge of 2 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
An administrative charge of 5 % will apply for payments made using the following card(s) American Express.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: valid driver license, 2 proofs of home address (e.g. Utility bill), that is valid for at least 3 months before the pick up date.
Deposit and deductible policy
A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
Payment policy
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
An administrative charge of 2 % will apply for payments made using the following credit card(s): MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
An administrative charge of 5 % will apply for payments made using the following credit card(s): American Express.

Debit cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Geographical restrictions
Moving the car from one island to another is allowed.
It is forbidden to cross country borders.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
