Pros: The car was given to us with scratches, not cleaned, and less than half tank of gas. We went to pickup at 1:30 and didn’t know there is a lunch break from 12-2:30. When agent came at 2pm, he tried to charge us 50 euro because we came during lunch.

Pros: Nothing. The return process ruined the entire experience. We nearly missed our train because of it, and the process nearly ruined our trip.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1800.00), Theft Protection, Contract fee, Third Party Liability (TPL), Road tax, State Tax.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): Italian, together with the original license, must be presented.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
Learner's permits are not accepted; a full driver's license is required.
Residents of the following country(ies): United Kingdom are required to present the following document(s): valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to pick up the car.

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Business hours
