Pros: Drop off procedure was quick and timely.
Cons: This location is NOT AT THE AIRPORT. The paperwork and confirmation number say it’s at the airport. The phone number to call them was wrong. Finding the shuttle to their off-site location took a long time and multiple phone calls. I was traveling alone with FOUR CHILDREN. I needed something at the airport. This was majorly difficult

Cons: It was not communicated to me that I needed a return ticket in order to pick up the car. As a result, I was not able to pick up the car and was denied the rental
Pros: Routes reps were not friendly at all. They were not rude but definitely need to work on customer service.
Cons: The car was not throughly cleaned, two of the tires were over inflated by 22 psi (which forced me to pull over and deflate the tires), one tire was under inflated (which had me fill it with air).

Mileage is limited to 2500 miles per rental.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline).
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
In the event of damages to the car, without providing a police report, CDW and any other additional protection become voided.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
Booked extras are not guaranteed. All extras are subject to availability at the rental counter.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
After one rental period ends, 24 hours must pass before the customer can start another rental period.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes. The grace period will be honored only during business hours.
