Cons: Discover cars say I would have a car to rent for the weekend and took my money and when I called Peel Car Rental they said they did not get my reservations.

Pros: Everything stated above - plus, really appreciated the drive to the airport without having to wait for the shuttle. Also, $500 deposit was returned promptly to credit card.

Cons: Additional charge and story about cross Canadian state car shut off seemed excessive and difficult to believe and was not on original paperwork. Were told we were getting one car only for another family to be given it. Pick up from airport was slow left us waiting for 45mins. Contacted prior to departure by email to advise of a flight change by 2hrs and got no response except a complaint from them that we were late when we arrived!

Cons: their hours were not convenient for pick up and drop off. If a time was needed that differed from their 9-5 schedule there was an additional charge

Pros: Nice staff. Friendly. Professional.

Cons: Peel Car Rental is not located at the airport. So picking up and dropping off the car took a lot of time. It also seems that Peel is understaffed so it too ktime to get attended to.

Pros: The people at Peel Car rental came to pick us up at the airport and took us to the rental office.Everything was handled very efficiently and courteously. They even went above and beyond by helping us when our GPS wasn't working on our phone and they gave us a GPS and showed us how to use it and finding our location for us that we needed to drive to. And this extra service was even at closing time but they stayed to make sure we were taken care of. They were very patient and so helpful.

Cons: The cost of the car rental is higher than what we have been used to in the U.S. but it appears that is true as well for other car rental companies that we checked on in Toronto.

Pros: Awesome kebab shops in the mall next to the rental location.

Cons: 90 minutes from landing to shuttle pick up despite the promise they'd be there in "10 minutes" followed by "I'm just 2 lights away" followed by "I went to terminal 3" instead of the place they were very clear in telling me were to be. And then it took about 30 minutes to do the paperwork. Seriously. I'll happily pay the premium for Hertz on-airport service next time.
