Pros: The agent in dropping office are not polite and token an extra for un reasonable reason!! I did drop the car with full tank in the center of the city and he charg me the amount of the few full being consumed in distance up to the airport which not much!! For amount of over 75+ euros!! Not expectable at all ! Bad influence on the nice company like your company. Will not rant from you again and will but that in the media soon. And will not recommend your rant offers to anyone. Sorry
Cons: The behavior off the agent in verona. He is the best. This is the only thing I have seen in the hall deal.

Pros: Efficient service without the "heavy sell" to purchase additional insurance etc.
Cons: The abysmal hire car parking arrangements at Verona Airport, although this is not, of course, Locautos fault.
