Pros: Friendly
Cons: They entered the wrong pick up date on their records delaying the rental by a day. Failed to show up at the drop off point and following an eventual phone call had to leave the keys in the car.

Pros: Reasonably priced.
Cons: Car was extremely dirty. Baby seat was very uncomfortable, dirty and was completely covered in spider rags. Car was full of dents and scratches and smelt of smoke.

Cons: had to wait about 10 minutes at the time of drop off
