Pros: Pick-up at Ouarzazate: Office easy to find. Car with dead battery (staff were not aware) so had to wait 25min for a new battery. Tank only 25% full. Steering relatively heavy, particularly when turning around (jolted). Door seals of both rear doors completely loose and off the doors (see photos) Return at Essaouira: no signs nor instructions where to return the car to; representative (once found) very nice, and smooth and efficient handover

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
For certain car groups, minimal rental age is 23 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
The driver license must be written in Latin, Arabic alphabet. Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
When rental period exceeding 26 days, the deposit will be charged at the beginning of the rental.

Payment policy

The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
