Pros: The car worked the first 2 days and then it started giving us problems. We tried calling with no luck. When we finally found a number that went through, the lady said she couldn’t help us to call back in the morning. Come to find out there were no joyrental companies in Austria or Germany that we could go switch the car out with. So we just kept driving it, hoping that it wouldn’t break down. The transmission light kept coming on and jerking when going up hills.

Cons: It was hard to find any phone number to call for assistance The only number that was given to us was a tow truck number.
