Cons: When I arrived at the desk, they told me that the car I booked was not available due to “technical issues” and downgraded me to another convertible model. The car was so dirty (sticky wheel, dirty windows, bad smell) that after a few kilometers i decided to return it. (I payed 450 euros…) they had no other convertible and geot me a SUV Mercedes that did not have even car play, so I took another one a Range Rover. All in all very disappointing experience. I will avoid hertz in the future.
