Pros: The only good thing is the return was easy
Cons: They are scammers. GLOBAL rental was the ONLY company that we did NOT want to use but because they used 'flex rent' we didn't know it was them. They advertise as cheapest but at the desk you must choose something that they call 'insurance' which in total cost you more than any other big known car rental company. They like to deceive you any ways they can!!

Pros: Nothing!!!
Cons: Booked car, flight was late, did try too confirm with them will they wait and take flight lateness to consideradion but noone pickup the phone hours before planned arrival! Also at the airport there was a mobile number to use out of hours but no-one bothered! Just list my deposit! Total dissapointment
