Pros: The guys were great and met me at arrivals but I didn’t know if they were actually from discover cars ! Suggest ID or a badge or something

Cons: No one there when I returned the car. Caused delays. Had to speak to Avis to get their advice then leave the key in the glove box

Pros: I got paid back my full deposit. Friendly service. They changed the first car immediately after we drove five minutes with it and we noticed a dashboard error.

Cons: The new car wasn't in good shape. Lights didn't work.

Cons: We were told it was a 'meet and greet' service, but no-one was there to meet us on arrival. I had to make several phone calls (expensive from a mobile overseas) and wait for around an hour. We were then given a car with no fuel despite the paperwork saying we'd be given a full tank. They insisted on cash payment, saying that their credit card machine didn't work, but then managed to take the credit card for the deposit. We are still awaiting a refund for the deposit.

Cons: We hired 2 cars, not one panel on either car was dent or scratch free. The cars were dirty inside and one car had no AC and the other had no main headlights which almost led to us having an accident on the first night. The workers that came out to deliver the cars to be fair were helpful but the company is badly run.

Cons: The delivered the car without fuel (literally in reserve). Also, they would only accept cash and in addition they charged me 10 extra Euros to clean the car. Any of this was within the rental conditions.
