Pros: Nothing
Cons: Agent told me that “I had canceled the day before”, the that “you should have received some emails asking to confirm your trip” and many other excuses to make me hire directly with them and have to pay a 3% surcharge for using a credit card They told me that they only had a small car, then the same that I had booked just appeared. Tank was not full. Tyres were not at the right pressure.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 500 km per rental, Loss Damage Waiver (damage deductible: ~€ 1190.00), Airport surcharge, Third Party Liability, VAT (value added tax).
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 60.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 5 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.

A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.

At the time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
