Cons: Cars are hired via brokers however this means all the communications and details sent are incorrect and causes confusion. I was asked for different forms of ID than I had been advised (which I didn't have) and then given a lower class of car. It's essentially deceiving customers on a large scale
Cons: The time needed for pickup. The car was not there and waited 2 hours. Also I needed to swap cars and when I went to BHX branch they told me that there was no available car. It seems that staff was not well coordinated.
