Pros: The drop-off representative was nice. The pick up representative was nice as well, although we didn't like the fact that we had been scammed into needing all the extra insurances and fees.
Cons: People are getting sick of the smoke and mirror type of sales. People are happier when things are transparent and then they can make a more informed decision whether they want to purchase a product or use a service. We felt scammed into renting the car, after we had taken the train all the way down to the pick up site, had to wait 20 minutes for the shuttle to pick us up and then drive another 20 minutes away from the airport. Both pick up and drop off locations were dirty and unpleasant.
Pros: Generally courteous
Cons: Charged for a full tank of petrol only to discover car empty!! Despite alerting the staff to this and getting it noted problems on returning it empty. Two days later my account was debited £75 for a full tank! Now have the haste of getting a refund
