Cons: I didn't like all the sales chats once I've already paid for and booked the car online. The process is not transparent and makes me ver apprehensive to book with them again in the future

Cons: When I went to the underground car park to collect and drop off the car no one was around so I had to wait for them to turn up. Understood that they are low staffed due to covid.
Cons: My booking was for 09:00, I arrived at 08:45 and only got the car at 10:35. I would recommend for them to have a better booking system so people don’t have to wait so long to receive their car.

Cons: drop procedure was poor with no-one to meet me and had to cycle to drop off the keys in an insecure fashion
