Pros: The vehicle was very good - fast, clean, and with low fuel consumption.

Cons: I've waited over 30 minutes (past my pickup time) for their agent to process another person. He also didn't explain to whom to return the car so when I arrived the parking guys didn't tell me to give them the car and I've waited over an hour in front of the Dollar desk. I've almost missed my airplane check-in because of this.
