Pros: The young agent on duty when dropping off the car offered to drop us off at the airport gate in the rental car as we had luggage! A very nice surprise, excellent service and immensely easier than getting the shuttle. Full points to Dollar and their team - THANK YOU.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Alternatively, for rates that include Fuel Purchase Option the first tank of gas is included. Customers do not have to refuel the vehicle prior to return.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 62 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
