Pros: Please consider the rental price as well as the leasing companies. Likewise, all companies take $200, and you take $500. This is very much and not encouraging for those who want to rent.

Cons: They need to examine the car before giving to the customers , the car did not have oil and could have created problem , fortunately we sorted it out and were not stuck with it.

Pros: Car was comfy and clean and had no problem. It had a big trunk which was good.

Cons: Delivery was late, we were standing about 40 minutes on the street side until the car was delivered. Car was delivered with no fuel in it. They said road expenses were 28 Euros but they charged me 54 Euros, ai asked for details of road charges and receipts but never got a respond. Looks like they use their own exchange rate which is higher than market.

Cons: - The Deposit is completely withdrawn from Credit card instead of just blocking the amount (Huge deposit $1000) - The pickup and drop off processes are very stressful. There is no fixed desk at the airport. You meet the agent privately in a garage. Also you have to talk and message a lot with the agent to agree on the time and place to meet (feels rushed and last minute).

Pros: If their employees could learn more English. And if the form we sign could be in English.

Cons: I went to Turkey and hired the DMR cars through discover cars portal About my experience how to start anyways below points. 1. Problem with English 2. This company give car with no fuel so just imagine you are new to the country and no idea of roads and you are on your own 3. People are very rude working with this company specially Serpa 4. Pickup and drop just mentioned as Airport although its not Airport 5. Once you drop off the car they will charge extra money on unnecessary grounds without

Pros: They did not return the deposit back of 1000 euro. I have return the car on October 24 and the deposit 💵 of 1000 euro is not yet return back Now it’s November 16 ( 4 weeks ). They charger us extra money when we return the car for toll free and car cleaning ( we received the car not clean ?

Cons: DMR is a very sketchy company. On arrival someone called and described what he looked like then we had to wait for half an hour until he showed up. Then he charged me for the full rental amount and the deposit, even though I had already paid 10% at the booking. The car was filthy dirty at pickup but at drop off they wanted to charge us for the cleanliness!!! Now after a months, I am still trying to get my deposit back but they don't respond to my messages and not returning my deposit.

Cons: 1- More than one hour waiting in the terminal when we arrive 2- very high deposit and they don’t return it 1000€ 3- car has no engin power which is very danger in high way you lose the power suddenly 4- the deduct money from your credit every day small amount between 2-10 $ every day 5- verry bad service I ever try it 6- when I reserve the car online the contact me at 12:00 pm night time

Pros: Few things for future DMR car renters to note based solely on our experience 1. They barely speak any English, we had to use a phone translator the whole time 2. We preordered gps system and they didn’t have any, might be important for some who don’t have any cell phone connection for Google maps in a foreign country 3 It was extremely difficult and stressful to find their representative, they are located outside of the airport and no one was waiting for us in the arrivals hall as promised

Cons: 4 The worst thing that happened to us was that they give you a car with a totally empty tank! And they forgot to mention it. We ran out of gas in the middle of the highway and spent at least two hours walking around asking locals to give us a ride to the gas station. They didn’t offer to come and bring gas to us and didn’t even check a few hours later if we or the car was ok. Good value of the car for the money, I guess is one good thing I can say. But we will chose someone else next time.

Cons: Didn't tell me about getting the car cleaned, tank was empty when picked car up

Pros: Asked for 7 seats and i was given 5 seats. They told me we do not hve 7 seats and i paid the same price even though the car was changed

Cons: Time consuming, not same reserved car, office outside airport, communication problems

Cons: I was sold to a different car rental company ?(B2CAR LEASE) who didn't have a functional car to be used.
