Pros: I received my deposit after one month and 7 days I recommend to get the car from DMR car company if you want to get your self in the trouble 😡😡😡😡😡

Pros: All the services provided by DMR were good, especially the employee who received me early in the morning. His name was Musa Mahmoud. He is a very respectable person who speaks Arabic and English fluently in addition to Turkish. He explains all the details accurately. Thank you. I have a visit after several days. I will continue to deal with DMR.

Pros: All staff was quick to help with questions. Especially Musa was really helpfull. We got a very new Kia Rio, the car drive amazing.

Cons: Only one thing I can say is that they withdrew the full deposit and they returned it back to me after 20 days only after I reminded where as other car rentals only BLOCK the deposit on the card . At least I’ve never come across this before and I rent cars regularly.

Pros: Great service, very helpful and responsive. They were only a phone call away in case of emergencies. They were also very honest and came back to give me some stuff I had forgotten in the car at the time of drop off.

Cons: Nothing at all really. Minor technical issue in car the left rear door doesn't shut properly

Cons: - Difficulty in receiving the car - Withdrawing from the credit card amounts exceeding the value of the rent - Withdrawing a deposit of 500 euros and also withdrawing 48 euros, I don't know why - Difficulty communicating with the supplier to inquire about the reason for deducting these amounts - When receiving the car, it was dirty and there was not enough fuel to get to the nearest gas station - It was really the worst experience I've ever had

Pros: They provide me with a dirty not maintained car.

Cons: They charged me with extra fees for any toll or any other payment. The extra was about 40% than the actual price.

Cons: Upon returning the car the staff accused me off some damage. When I showed them the video I made from picking the car up. The damage was already there. So rude. So dodgy. Just absolutely bad. There are also strange credit card charges that have come out over the days I had the car. What are these for ? No one can tell me ? The staff also tried to make me pay a cleaning fee. So I took the car myself and had it washed just before trying to catch my flight.

Pros: The car was almost new, besides the small accidents.

Cons: They are not professional, they are charging you for accidents that has been happening from previous costumers.

Cons: 1 I reserved a diesel car but company provided a petrol (gasoline) one at the beginning 2 company charged 25 Euros to return back the deposit where they claim it is charged by bank

Pros: Agent Musa was friendly and picked me up at the stated location.

Cons: Screw wash was empty upon collecting the vehicle. I was charged ₺100 car wash fee upon returning the vehicle. I found this totally unfair as I wasn’t requested to return the car washed. The car only had bugs and flies at the front and couple of bird droppings so it wasn’t covered in mud or anything like that. Definitely won’t use DMR again and take my custom elsewhere.

Pros: The good service, the assistance of Mr.Mosa and the good communication in English.

Cons: I paid comprehensive insurance and you claimed that I would not take care of the road tolls. It turned out to be the opposite. Every day I receive a letter with road fees and the sums piling up. Plus I delivered the car and they charged me a very small scratch fee even though I paid comprehensive insurance on the car and this is very unsatisfactory

Pros: The agency is far from the airport, the agents were not nice enough and the worst of all they asked form me money for cleaning the car. I have rented a car from many agencies. I have never had anything like this before.

Cons: In one word, disappointment and I will never rent a car from this company and I will not recommend this company to my friends
