Cons: We were given a sedan instead of Crossover SUV. On return we had minor scratch on rear bumper. I attached photo. At first they wanted cash for the damage then they refuse to take it our from deposit and then wanted to fight us physically we called the police but since flight was late. We had to take our own taxi to airport.

Cons: I disliked the car as I was promised a crossover where i got a sedan complete accident repaired. right passenger door did not close properly but since I was with my family I was stuck and had to accept. To make things worse the car was dirty inside and on return they wanted to charge me extra for cleaning the car. In the end there was a huge argument and the person in picture wanted to fight me and we were forced to take taxi to airport as they refuse to take us

Cons: Kontakt z CC w Stambule. Drogi w Turcji są średniej jakości, dużo kamieni oraz pyłu, zwłaszcza poza dużymi miastami. Przy oddawaniu auta było ono sprawdzone bardzo dokładnie czy nie ma śladów po kamieniach w dolnej części samochodu...

Pros: Every thing was perfect. Really truly satisfied. Only wish that the fuel policy was full to full so we didn’t had to start the journey by looking for the closest ⛽️ gas station.

Pros: They works fair. They gave me fine, clean car without any problems. After the car was inspected while returning they returned me deposit without problem. As I read about overall car rental experience in Turkey, some rental companies don’t return or try do not return.

Pros: Never going to use the service again. Advertised as meet and greet at airport, no one was there and we had to call and wait for 30 minutes for a shuttle to the car. At the car rental, they try to give me a manual where I booked a automatic. Spend 2 hours to sort it out and DMR claim it was a mistake with Discover cars.

Cons: There was a 1.5 hours wait at the pick up time. Only one person at the reception whilst 5 customers awaiting in the queue. Also, the deposit payment hasn't been returned after waiting for nearly 3 weeks. I will not hire from this company again.

Cons: Extremely awful! On arrival we had to call twice before they came & pick us up from the airport, at the depot it also took a very long time before we were helped! The timeframe: we landed at 22h30 and left the depot at 01h15. Upon our depature, we tried to call the office, (because the return adress on the paper was the airport adress!!!) several times and nowbody answered...When we finally got through, a very rude lady told me it wasn't her problem! Anything but customerfriendly& unacceptable.

Cons: On one occasion we had to ask and pay someone to jumpstart our car, we thought we left the cars lamp on overnight. On another occasion it happened again, in a secluded area, and somehow we managed, after trying several times, to start it, so it wasn't"our fault" the first time as well. After the second time we informed the company about the problem but they didn't respond. Also on the day we had to return the car - we couldn't reach them for a drop off address. The car's horn didn't work as well

Cons: At the reservation you said meet and assist at the arrival, nobody was there, i had to call the office, it didn’t take much time, but that’s because i had a Turkish line and i had previous experience. If i hadn’t the Turkish line it would have been difficult to call .

Pros: I went to Turkey for vacation and I had many questions in my mind, but the company employees helped me a lot and made my job easier. They were really very friendly. They immediately refunded the deposit I gave in cash upon delivery of the vehicle. It was really easy and fast. Thank you all very much for your help.

Pros: When I landed at the airport, DMRCAR's vehicle was already waiting for me. We drove a short distance and my car was waiting ready at their office. The paper transactions were completed within 5 minutes and after introducing my vehicle to me, they told me that the transactions were completed. They are really easy and fast. The vehicles are new and clean.

Thus, I mastered the entire process of the rental process. They picked me up from the airport with a VIP vehicle and took me to the office. They were really very hospitable. Pros: I was skeptical about renting a car through DMR cars as it had mixed reviews, however my experience was excellent. Essentially its a car rental company based near antalya airport. You book a car, their rep picks you from airport, takes you to a nearby office, does paperwork and off you go. On return you bring the car to the office. Paperwork and they drop you off at airport. Very straight forward process. Get the added cover and you can pay cash deposit and pick it up on return of the car.

Cons: Nothing was bad at all. For improvement if only they highlight their process for customers prior to booking. It just adds to the customer service and confidence.

Cons: They took about 1 hour to pick me up from the airport and another 30 minutes to give me the car. Moreover, they changed the car model and changed the transmission type from automatic to manual.

Cons: They charged me additional money for all inclusive insurance which I already paid for online. They refused to deduct the advance payment I made online. Upon returning the vehicle they wouldn’t return my deposit of 200 Euro, they said that it will be returned to my card in 14 working days which I don’t understand. Why would they not return my deposit immediately upon return the vehicle. I would never use this company again.

Had to wait a long time at the airport and when he finally arrived after a couple of phone calls, I was told that they could not deliver the car as it was not available. I ordered 7 seats, got an offer to rent 5 seats for the same price. Something I declined. They were supposed to arrange a car for me the next day but that didn't happen either.

Cons: The deposit they take is 500 euros. They don’t even block it on your card they just take it. It’s been 1 month and I still haven’t received my deposit back. They also don’t respond to any messages I sent them. Avoid.

Pros: I found it strange that they didn't accept credit card preauthorisation for deposit. They have charged my credit card in local currency and not in euros as stated on the voucher. I hope there will be no difference when returning me my deposit as the turkish lira is not stable as per euro to gbp. I look forward to my full deposit being returned in a timely manner.

There was a huge problem to accept my credit cards for the deposit, apparently to force me to take their insurance. Basically, the worst pickup experience ever. I will never choose this agent again.

Brand new car and when I had trouble with it (my fault, trying to turn it on whilst in drive - not used to driving automatic) they responded to my text immediately. Received a text day before returning the car with the location. would recommend.

Cons: Driver hour late picking up at airport ( fell asleep couldn’t contact for about 1hour). Invoice amount £20 more taken than on invoice. Deposit system is terrible waited 16 days to get deposit back and it was £40 less than amount taken off card. I’ve always understood it’s a holding deposit that doesn’t get put through unless damage to car on return etc. Still awaiting £60 outstanding. Car had no water in washer bottle . Tyre warning lights came on after 1st day. Vehicle not checked properly
