Carwiz USA at Miami Airport

Pros: Kindness of a staff behind the desk.

Cons: It was ok. I would choose them again.

Pros: Originally, it was a good deal until the insurance cost was added. The first rental agent had a rude attitude when we asked about the insurance policy. We could immediately tell that she was not going to be helpful.

Cons: The insurance cost is a complete scam. Very disappointed.

Pros: Ni me gustó nada. Primero me entregaron un coche con la tapicería rota, me lo cambiaron y cuando ya tenía firmado el contrato lo tuve que anular porque de causalidad pregunté que el viaje en coche era hasta nueva Orleans y me dijeron en ese momento que no podía salir del estado de Florida con el coche. Tuve que anularlo. Todavía espero que discovercars me devuelva el dinero que me cobró.

Pros: Not alot as spoke mainly spainish so had to wait for someone who spike English but still didn't quite understand him

Cons: THEY FAILED TO DELIVER OR MAKE ANY VEHICLE AVAILABLE TO ME, LEAVING ME STRANDED AT MIAMI AIRPORT WITH NO VEHICLE WITH TWO DISABLED ADULTS. THEN REFUSED ANY TYPE OF REFUND

Cons: The depots were not conveniently located to airport, I had to take a lyft to pick up and from drop off because they either didn’t have a shuttle driver or the shuttle was just a small car and couldn’t fit everyone waiting. They did not clearly explain how the sun pass activation worked so I was charged $15 a day for activation plus tolls rather then a one time $15 fee and tolls as it was explained to me. The car air filter made the whole car smell mildewed and sour.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Gave us a car with multiple mechanical problems. Didn’t realize it until we were 3 hours away at our destination. Nobody would give us any compensation for this. All we were told was that it would be fine when we called. Worst experience ever!

Pros: Car was reliable

Cons: Scummy business tries to add on as many extra charges as possible. They didn't want to accept my insurance so that they could try to make me pay an extra $50 a day for that. I had my mom add me to her insurance which was on their approved list and then they charge a $10 per day "Claim Management" fee for not using their insurance. The price that they quote you when booking is definitely not the price that you will end up paying. I'd definitely recommend sticking with a legit car rental agency.

Pros: The car itself was clean and fine.

Cons: hey were unresponsive and listed opening times that were incorrect.

Cons: The rate we were given online was not what we were charged. There were multiple additional charges added when we arrived to pick up the cars. The cars we were given were not clean and were in terrible condition. We rented 2 cars one of the ones they tried to rent us didn't even have seat belts in the back. They replaced that car with a filthy car that had a cracked windshield and multiple other issues.

Pros: Nothing to say good about this company. Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Discover cars is the company that takes your money and dont even care about the service. I had my flight delayed and called them to make sure my to let them know about the delay. Their phone service is not working and email they never reply. I still have not got reply back yet. Worst experience ever, never ever book with discovercars and carwiz.

Cons: Carwiz and discover cars work together to fool people. I went to pieck up the car and they told me i get chargeed 50 dollar for late pick up due to flight delay even if i informed them before. The price is not what you see on your booking. They charge you to use your own insurance. I had booked car with 100 dollar in total and invoice they showed me is 300 dollar. Its a total rip-off. Discover cars and carwiz work is a total scam ripoff. Their office is so dirty.

Cons: it was just a lot of false advertising, so I ended up spending twice as much money as I was told I would have to, there was all these different fees that I had to pay for a little things that weren’t even spoken of or explained even slightly.

Pros: Basically nothing.

Cons: The company gave us a dangerous car which is being repaired right now. The tires were continuously deflating, plus timing belt error code, oil left with 5% life, and the car would not start after refuel. We used the car to commute to work and rented it for over 17 days. We informed the company about the issues, and they did not care. Carwitz/COLUSA also refuses to communicate with us now, for a compensation. Worst experience ever. Do not rent at COLUSA/Carwitz. They make fun out of people.

Pros: Lower rate than most agencies.

Cons: Hidden charges, charges in fine print, poor service, poor shuttle service scheduling.

Pros: What I would like is that your company and Carwiz go out of business and that that fat cocksucker piece of shit fat bastard have fucking stroke.

Cons: Every mother fucking thing!

Cons: the service was good, the car was quite old.

Cons: I left my car lincense on the front desk in Colusa and they never notified me until I could reach them. Besides at the end of the services Im still waiting for the final ticket
