Pros: NOT GOOD - Firstly I missed my flight to Namibia and have to arrange to move pickup date to the following day. Discovery Carhire gave me feedback less than 2hours that it was arranged with Bidvest. Unfortunately when I arrived at Bidvest my vehicle was no longer available and the receptionist was also rude when I told her that I have arranged to move the booking. I also told her that I have called their office on many occasions and no one ever answered the line.
Cons: Bidvest gave me a Jeep Compass whereby the fuel tank was three quarter full and the vehicle struggle to start. Following day the vehicle didn't start again and the Bidvest brought me other vehicle. I have booked an automatic vehicle and only received a manual transmission. Was not happy at all.
Pros: Everything.
Cons: Nothing.
